Above and Beyond
Cleveland, OH, West Park Station Letter Carrier Ray Petrosky thought a customer was just on the ground working on his car door — until he heard the man cry out for help. The customer’s leg was broken. Petrosky asked a nearby business owner to call 911 and waited with the man until emergency personnel arrived. “You certainly went above and beyond the call of being a letter carrier,” the man said in a letter to Petrosky. “I can’t thank you enough.”
